We were tasked with assisting a real world company with UXUI challenges in their current interface. This document is an analysis of their current concerns as well as some input on how to improve the usability of their website.
This document covers a few suggestions for the existing interface, The current onboarding process seems lengthy so I have made suggestions to add the current system status. Predictable interactions help create trust in the product.
Networking among users was also a desire from the client, therefore I created a Cafecito User Profile section using Figma. Users can create their profile using the info that they already added to the site. They can also change their topics weekly if needed. I created a rating system using cups from the logo.
As you can see here, the mobile home screen is completely filled with the login area. I wanted the user to be able to interact with the site in the easiest way possible.
I used this opportunity to create an easy to use mobile site in Figma that gets the most important information to users on the home screen. I listed payment options first on the list, as this also benefits the client. You can view the clickable prototype in Figma here.
What is the goal? View due dates and grades easily in online classroom tool (called Class Compass) and identify steps needed to achieve the goal.
I let the user flow be the guide to make decisions on how the user interface will look. Wireframes display the functional elements of a website and are used for planning a site's structure and functionality.
I made an interactive representation of the product that I created using Figma. The clickable prototype walks the user through the pages of the site to showcase product vision.
